The Models 512 and 513 Handheld Pulse Oximeters
| The Models 512 and 513 handheld pulse oximeters incorporate “digital” signal processing. This advanced technology is able to process pulsatile signals at much higher resolutions and speeds of 100 times per second. This processing technique results in improved pulse oximeter performance during motion or low perfusion, where traditional handheld monitors fail. |
Compact Oximeter Technology
- Weighing just less than a half pound, the Models 512 and 513 are designed for easy portability.
- Operating from two alkaline batteries or an optional DC supply, the Models 512 and 513 are versatile for all monitoring situations.
- Reusable Finger and multi-site “Y” sensors are designed for durability while providing maximum patient comfort.
- An optional infrared link allows communication to a personal computer or printer for hardcopy documentation.
