You may use this utility to upload a purchase order (PO) directly from your computer to our ordering department. We accept Microsoft Word (.doc), plain text (.txt), rich text (.rtf), and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) documents up to 250 k in size.
Instructions for use:
1. Prepare your purchase order using your normal word processor and save it on your hard drive. If you are using Microsoft Word, save the file as a normal Word document (.doc). If you are using another program, save the file as rich text (.rtf) or plain text (.txt).
2. Enter the required fields above (marked with *).
3. Find the purchase order file you previously created by pressing the "Browse" button above. Click the "Open" button to select the file.
4. Once you have selected the file, press the "Send File" button to transmit your purchase order to GammaHealth.
5. If successful, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an order tracking number.
