How the Seal'n Snip Works:
1) Position Seal'n Snip where cut is desired. |

2) Close scissors until a double click sound is heard. This indicates that the clamps are engaged properly. |

(This is the effect of step 2, before cutting the cord) |
|
3) The clinician can now complete the procedure or the father can be instructed to cut the cord by squeezing the scissors tightly. The scissors will sever the tissue between the two clamps with a clean single cut and minimal fluid splash. |

4) The two clamps will automatically separate from the scissors. |
