Beta Vent™ 1-Year Limited Warranty
What This Warranty Covers
The warranty covers the product against defects in materials, manufacturing or workmanship. The warranty does not cover defects due to obvious abuse, mishandling and those instances where the product is used for something other than its intended purpose. The warranty allows for a choice of repair, replacement (first ninety days only) or pro-rata credit towards a replacement.
Proof of Purchase
To obtain warranty service or a replacement, proof of purchase is required. You must, within 10 days after purchase, mail the enclosed registration card to GammaHealth Warranty Department, P.O. Box 383, Lake Forest, Illinois 60045. Or you may register on-line. When warranty claim is made, present your original receipt or bill of sale showing the date of purchase.
Obtaining Warranty Service
Warranty service may be obtained by phoning us at (847) 267-5929. Warranty service is available only in the United States and only during normal business hours, Central Standard Time.
Obtaining Replacement Units
The warranty allows for repair or replacement (during the first ninety days only) or pro-rata credit towards a new ventilator. If, under the terms of the warranty, it is determined, by the company, that the damaged/defective ventilator qualifies for replacement, you will be instructed how to return the defective ventilator. Shipping charges are not covered under the warranty.
